Special Lecture on Gender Bias and Stereotypes in Indian Workplace - The Internal Complaints Committee of The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized a special lecture on 'Gender Bias and Stereotypes in Indian Workplace' on April 30, 2025, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM. The session was led by Dr. Nandini Ghosh, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Development Studies (IDSK), and attended by 52 participants, including 41 students and 11 faculty members.
